I'm Brittany
At one point early in my career journey, I stopped recognizing myself. The titles, expectations, and external roles had taken over - and the vibrant, purpose-driven woman I once knew felt buried. I tried everything to find her again. So many paths. So many pivots.
Eventually, I stripped away the noise and started listening - to my body, my intuition, my inner knowing. What emerged was a deeper truth of who I’ve always been. I carried that clarity back to my teams, and what unfolded felt almost mystical: profound shadow work, unshakable intention, messy breakthroughs - and results that defied logic.
When the vision for Rise Vibe Careers arrived, I couldn’t unsee it. It wasn’t just an idea. It was a calling. One that I had already been living. So I said yes. And now, here we are.
With over a decade of leadership problem solving, I now guide women to solve for alignment, not just efficiency.
I’ve managed multi-million-dollar deliverables - now I help professionals manage their energy like a resource just as valuable.
With dual degrees in Psychology and Business, I bridge the gap between human behavior and strategic execution.
