Purpose & Scope

Rise Vibe Careers provides coaching services, digital tools, and educational content to support soulful leadership transformation, emotional intelligence development, and holistic wellness alignment. All services are intended for personal growth and are not a substitute for professional, medical, psychological, or legal advice.

  • All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • You may use downloads and planners for personal use only. Redistribution is prohibited.

12-week Leadership Development Course

  • This structured group and individual experience is designed to promote emotional mastery, relational intelligence, and leadership capacity.

  • Enrollment is non-transferable and non-refundable once the course begins, unless explicitly stated.

  • Course content - including prompts, worksheets, and frameworks - is proprietary and may not be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes.

  • Access to group forums or digital materials may be revoked for misconduct as outlined in Section 4

1:1 Coaching Services

  • All sessions must be scheduled in advance and adhere to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.

  • Coaching is a collaborative process intended for personal development. It does not guarantee specific outcomes

  • Notes, insights, and any personalized resources provided are for the exclusive use of the client and may not be reproduced or shared.

  • Rise Vibe Careers reserves the right to terminate coaching relationships in cases of disrespect, boundary violations, or unethical conduct, with or without refund depending on the nature of the termination.

Intellectual Property

  • All content — including worksheets, frameworks, iconography, and brand lexicon — is the exclusive property of Rise Vibe Careers.

Respectful Use & Conduct

  • Our community and content spaces are to be engaged with respectfully.

  • Discriminatory, disruptive, or unethical behavior may result in revoked access without refund.

Coaching Disclaimer

Rise Vibe Careers provides coaching services designed to support leadership development, emotional intelligence growth, and personal transformation. By engaging with our 1:1 coaching, Communities, and Services you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Not Therapy, Legal, or Medical Advice Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advisement, or a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide guarantees related to mental health, physical wellness, professional advancement, or legal outcomes.

  • Client Responsibility You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is a co-creative process, but outcomes depend entirely on your personal engagement, follow-through, and self-awareness.

  • Confidentiality with Limits While all sessions are held in confidence, we reserve the right to disclose information if required by law or if we believe there is risk of harm to yourself or others.

  • No Guarantees Rise Vibe Careers makes no promises of results, including financial gain, career advancement, or emotional resolution. Success varies based on individual application and context.

  • Content Ownership Notes, resources, and personalized materials provided during coaching are for your personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or repurposing content without consent is strictly prohibited.

  • Revocation of Services Rise Vibe Careers reserves the right to terminate coaching services and access at any time in cases of disrespect, non-compliance, boundary violations, or unethical conduct. Refunds will not be issued for remaining sessions unless determined appropriate at our sole discretion.
